To ferry you through the dark distance of being gone

love the pics karen. wishing you and your family enjoyed xmas.

wanted to tell you...i went and meditated at our shambhala center the other night...and thought of you.

it was nice. but my posture is terrible and I had such a hard time not focusing on the discomfort of sitting.
