wanted to tell you...i went and meditated at our shambhala center the other night...and thought of you.
it was nice. but my posture is terrible and I had such a hard time not focusing on the discomfort of sitting.
Oh Stella, what perfect qualifications: being terrible at it. Keep going, and keep your eyes open for someone who can truly teach you something about doing nothing.
